Who do I contact for general information?
Try visiting our forum for general information. If this information does not exist, the please send an email to T1000@it-lan.com or huggy@it-lan.com. If they are unable to help, then they will forward the general query to the relevant person, and your question will be answered as soon as humanly possible.

Who chooses the locations?
We have a couple of the it-lan.com employees who always head out to the location to have a look and get a feel for the area. Once we have seen the location and have a good feel about it, we will sign the agreement to host the tournament at that place.

What's the difference between your LAN Parites & Tournaments, and the main competitor's LAN Parties & Tournaments?
Well, I guess you will have to visit one of our events to see that!

Any guarantees?
Yes. A fun time is guaranteed. We don't want to see you once at the occasional party or tournament, we are confident that you will enjoy yourself so much, you will return for another event in the near future.
